Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Frederick, Colorado
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
• Helping the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with order entry, answering questions, and requesting order details.
• Accurately and promptly enter orders so our Customer Service Representatives can approve, and our Production team can create a quality product matching the customer's specifications.
• Communicating with Sales Managers on requests for customers.
• Following up with customers for additional details on new and existing orders

Requirements:
• 1 year of office-based customer service or call center experience.
• Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
