Position Description
This position will process both inbound and outbound requests. Overall responsibilities providing quotes and processing orders, collaborating with the art department to provide your client with unique designs! This position is fast paced and requires excellent multitasking skills. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about providing excellent customer service!
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes and take customer orders
Order and source products
Negotiate sale and purchase prices
Proactively generate sales and promote Company product
Assist with customer returns
Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
Troubleshoot customer concerns
