- Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and work with production team to verify delivery and confirmation. Communication with external customers relating to their order.
- Contribute to weekly sales meeting - gather, analyze, generate reports and sales metrics.
- Ensure CRM system is accurately & speedily maintained.
- Maintain distributor and sales representative agreements.
- Coordinate gathering and supply of technical documentation for vendor approvals and large bid submissions.
- Provide product quotations, per the request of sales team.
- Assist with website content and maintenance and help provide social media presence.
- Help coordinate customer related events.
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- Team player, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
