Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective resolution of customer issues
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or managers as necessary
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
