- Handle ocean export independently from A to Z
- Make bookings with carriers
- File AES
- Send delivery orders & follow up on the pick-up schedule
- Knowledgeable on issuing invoices and debit/credit notes
- 1 year of freight forwarding experience
- Degree in Business or related field
- Bilingual Mandarin preferred
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Freight forwarding software experience preferred (CargoWise, Go Freight, Freight Stream, etc.)
