Front Desk

The front desk job is standing (no chairs) and escorting guests to the locker room, walking the facilities looking for guests, assisting with Spa operations when needed and assisting with retail sales, keeping shop neat and clean, inventory etc. Responsibilities: • Answer questions about the company's services. • Provide excellent customer service. • Answer and refer telephone calls for specific departments. • Answer questions about the company's products or services. • Build customer relationships by providing and receiving information. • Follow instructions provided by supervisors;. • Be familiar with the company's mission statement and goals. Requirements Desired Skills and Experiences: • High school diploma or GED • Two years experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. • Must be available to work evenings • Must be available to work weekends • Spa soft management system knowledge is preferred. • Must be detail-oriented and ability to multi-task. • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. • Must have the enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. • Must possess basic math and money-handling skills. • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
