Job Description :

We are currently partnering with our client to find a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in managing various aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

Utilize human resources management system software to prepare and maintain employment records, including hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, and promotions.

Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to employees and management.

Facilitate the hiring process, including processing hiring-related paperwork and informing job applicants of duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and promotion opportunities.

Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns, in a timely and professional manner.

Stay informed of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, directories, and performance evaluation forms.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement personnel policies or procedures that align with company goals and objectives.

Assist in the selection of qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification preferred.

Previous experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration, is highly desirable.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software, such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR, preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HR-related software applications.
