What you will do
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
- Prepare orders for seamless entry into Sage, ensuring smooth processing.
- Print pick tickets, guaranteeing all necessary details for efficient order fulfillment.
- Prepare pick tickets for invoicing, facilitating accurate documentation.
- Invoice Pick Ticket and print slip for in-house orders.
- Process Credits, rebills and RMAs with precision and timeliness.
- Complete change orders, maintaining data integrity.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter information for error detection.
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations, keeping things organized.
- Locate and correct data entry errors with meticulousness.
- Select materials needed for work assignments, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
What we are looking for
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Capability to work with minimum supervision.
