Stable company in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experience Payroll Specialist with at least 3-5 years experience. Must be able to think outside the box!
Hourly position $22.00 to $27.00 benefits
- Processing payroll in house from cradle to grave, manual timecard calculations, knowledge on labor laws that apply to hourly and salary employees, a plus-- Payroll payment taxes
- Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
- Responsible and knows how to work well with others, is a must
- Extremely reliable, great attendance history
- Outstanding organizational skills. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Great at working independently
- Methodic with great working habits
- Willing to work on any other assignments in relation with employees maintaining lists in excel, etc.
