We are looking for a Travel Specialist! Air, Car Hotel. This is 100% on site in Maitland. Direct Hire up to $24 / hour.
The candidate should be proficient in the Amadeus GDS system. 100% required.
This position is primarily responsible for following all airline rules and processing in-house air ticketing efficiently.
This position is also responsible for maintaining highest level of customer service possible by performing the following duties :
- Answers all Air / Car / Hotel questions via email / live chat and phone.
- Maintains Amadeus / Sabre / Apollo / Worldspan GDS schedule changes and ticketing.
- Interfaces and reconciles GDS transactions into TRAMS daily and CRM.
- Other duties as assigned.
