Job Title: Clinical Support Coordinator 

Job DescriptionThis role requires an individual with very strong communication and problem-solving skills who can adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role consists of providing daily support to ABA providers. Expectations include collaborating with and assisting providers and other team members with clinical tasks and projects, and communication between different departments to maintain quality services for our clients.

Reports To: Clinical Department Supervisor  

Job Qualifications:  

  1. Bachelor’s degree in ABA/ Psychology or related field, preferred with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or a related field. 

  2. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. 

  3. Positive attitude and proactive approach to work. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Team oriented, support coordination to ABA providers 

  • Effective, professional communication and collaboration skills 

  • Coordinate and deliver large scale project-based initiatives based on current demands and needs of the company 

  • Creatively consider, and solve nuanced ABA provider & case problems 

Key Skills & Competencies 

  1. Personal or professional experience with Autism Sprectrum Disorder. ABA treatment and/or mental health services, Home based, Center/ School based. 

  2. Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work with remote team members; 

  3. Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups. Must relate well to children and their families and maintain positive affect; 

  4. Strong decision-making skills as it pertains to child health and safety; 

  5. Must be able to work effectively with patients and families of all ages and cultural backgrounds; 

  6. Must understand how to direct staff to help clients with public assistance, insurance requirements, community resources, support groups, and outside agencies for counseling; 

  7. Possess working knowledge of factors impacting hospital clinical practice, including industry trends, reimbursement issues, standards of care, appropriate utilization of various levels/settings for health care, and treatment modalities; 

  8. Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions; 

  9. Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software.
