HEALTHCARE STAFFING COORDINATOR
About our organization:
Applied Behavioral Counseling provides home based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism in 20 states across the U.S.
SCHEDULE:
M-F 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. OR 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*RESPONSIBILITIES of the Job:
- Excellent computer skills including excel, word, outlook, online programs
- Ability to manage cases and staff members to ensure coverage for all cases
- Knowledge of Autism, ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently yet seek advise or support when needed
- Excellent communication skills, have excellent phone manners and cheerful disposition
- Staffing and onboarding
- Interviewing and hiring new applicants
- Case staffing assistance and restaffs
- Coordination within the company to ensure task completion
- Staffing cases according to onboarded staff
- Troubleshooting, organization, and problem solving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000.00- $40,000 a year
REQUIREMENTS of the job:
*Must have a minimum of 1 full year of office administration experience or Human Resources related experience and some experience in the Autism Field with ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
*Must have staffing and recruitment experience!
