Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
· 3 years of verifiable, professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 5 years.
· Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice
· Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
· Must pass negative TB test and criminal background check
· Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
· Oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director
· Provide BCBA supervision as needed/assigned, meeting or exceeding the supervision guidelines (but not exceeding allocated supervisor hours) developed by BACB
· Must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations
· Conduct assessments
· Develop interventions
· Train Supervisory Staff
· Use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions
· Work in various settings including individual’s homes, day programs, group homes, ABLE office.
· Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to Behavior Technicians (e.g., collecting reliability data on programs and assessments, monitor treatment integrity)
· Interface with guardians and/or administrators and other agency staff to coordinate schedules and services
· Generate progress reports
· Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports in a timely manner (defined individually by agency, regional center, and case) to the Clinical Director
· Submit assigned tasks on time
· Engage in proactive communication
· Update clinical staff and caregivers on client progress at least monthly
· Record and graph data
· Conduct functional assessments under the supervision of the Clinical Director
· Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans
· Make efficient, sound, and ethical clinical judgments and recommendations
· Establish a good rapport with clients, co-workers and other professionals and paraprofessionals
· Conduct staff training using Behavior Skills Training (BST), among other staff trainings
· Provide consistent treatment per recommended hours to all clients monthly
· Practice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as a mandated reporter
· Abides by company policies, as well as the BACB ethical guidelines
· Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a BCBA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,494.00 - $84,741.00 per year
