Applied Composites (AC) is seeking an HRIS Analyst 3, which is accountable for the successful onboardingonboarding, implementation, and ongoing releases of increasingly integrated talent modules within ADP Workforce Now. In addition, this person will work with customers ranging from HR, plan administrators, brokers, third-party administrators, enrollment firms, and technology partners. This role may include consultative planning and design across the HR function and various modules within ADP. Additionally, it will help to support the day-to-day operations and systems of the Human Resources department. Provides expertise in a variety of human resources programs and systems. Administers HR system functionality and services for HR while aligning tasks with the goals and business objectives.

Job Accountabilities:
- Manage complex timelines for system readiness. This encompasses file testing, consultation, developing training content, and partnering with internal/external partners as needed.
- Ensure accurate system set-up and coding.
- Contributes to the development of new tools and process mapping that supports new offerings and updates/improves current tools; actively seeks opportunities to implement changes that improve accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Promotes efforts to identify and improve customer service, may participate in or lead projects and studies regarding significant changes to new account creation and information collection
- Defines, communicates, and manages workflow and data coordination to support various implementation-related reports (i.e., reporting, inventory, capacity reporting, and ad-hoc reports as needed by management)
- Administers annual HR processes within ADP Workforce now, such as goal setting, performance, compensation, and talent
- Supports in the design and configuration of new system functionality and modules such as onboarding, off-boarding, and talent acquisition
- Designs system integrations and automation within the various HR systems
- Creates ad-hoc and custom reports to support daily operations and HR dashboards
- Provides day-to-day administrative support within the HR Shared Service model to the Human Resources department
- Advise on all general areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to benefits, leave management, and payroll
- Administers HR system functionality to include data entry, data integrity audits, and day-to-day operations
- Carefully handles sensitive and confidential information/situations and documentation
- Have an appropriate sense of urgency in responding to field partner, broker, and customer inquiries to ensure that responsiveness and service standards are met. Leverage internal partnerships to identify service resolutions
- Participates in customer implementation meetings as needed to support the onboarding process
- Achieves high customer satisfaction during customer acquisition through the building of a relationship with the customer during the implementation period
- Provides support to all onboarding tiers as the volume of work and capacity demands
- Acknowledges and urgently acts on the organization's needs in a real-time service environment with minimal direction and supervision.
- Will provide training, mentoring, and coaching to more junior-level staff and new hires.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED, (5 ) years relevant experience, and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting the educational requirements only
Years Experience: Five (5) plus or more years of relevant experience

- Knowledge and experience in human resources processes and systems
- APD Comprehensive Workforce now
- ADP Comprehensive Payroll and Benefits
- 1-3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize changing situations
- Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to plan, negotiate, organize, and influence internal and external resources
