At Applied Hearing Solutions the Patient Experience is our #1 priority. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the voice of the company for new and existing patients. If you excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and can work efficiently and independently, this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering all incoming calls, scheduling/tracking appointments, collecting payments, managing inventory, entering insurance information, and entering/maintaining patient data in patient management system/charts.
Job Skills, Education and Abilities:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 3-4 years customer service experience is preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a moderate paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to deal with interruptions during routine office tasks
- Ability to treat ALL patients like family
- Proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing systems and protocols
- Ability to keep the Doctor on time and on task
