Position Overview
We are currently expanding and seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our successful sales team. We are looking for candidates who understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive will be focused around developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.
Responsibilities:
· Meet/exceed performance expectations for quotas and GM.
· Develop new customer relationships through extensive prospecting and solution selling.
· Execute weekly face to face meetings and/or client drop ins with prospective hiring managers.
· Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
· Build and nurture relationships with existing customer accounts. Perform weekly customer calls, site visits and lunch appointments to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.
· Increase sales through account planning and expansion of existing accounts.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to define and develop job descriptions and organizational needs.
· Provide detailed and accurate job descriptions to recruiters for direct hire, contract to hire and contract positions
· Work directly with recruiting team to ensure candidate quality through resume review, requisition meetings, job assignment and mentorship.
· Responsible for all coordination and successful completion of all new hire offer letters and related information.
· Execute weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory business plan to grow new business.
· Create a Business Development Plan including target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing plans.
· Attend weekly events or career development community group meetings with the goal of becoming market master in a particular vertical.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
· 0-2 years of prior B2B or B2C client facing customer services or outbound sales
· Preferred: 1 year of prior outbound sales and prospecting, ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM
· Proven success in account management and the ability to maintain customer relationships
· Strong public speaking and presentation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

Pay: $40,515.00 - $269,202.00 per year
