Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems related to test cell design and operations.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated.
- Assist in designing lab systems.
- Set up and conduct prescribed tests on products.
- Investigate and document test equipment issues, recommending improvements.
- Maintain lab data acquisition systems.
Qualifications:
- University Degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with test equipment, lab systems, and process controls.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Knowledge of instrumentation related to refrigeration and gas combustion.
- Experience with LabVIEW or similar test automation software.
Bonus:
- Accreditation for ANSI and/or UL gas-related certification.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro-E).
