What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Center Supervisor position at Apply Today with IAA- US?
This position supervises and directs single document processing departments within a branch. Assists the Title Manager in the timely and efficient flow of all necessary documents in accordance with applicable codes. Supervises and assists processing staff, monitors work, ensures completion and accuracy and assists customers and regulatory personnel by resolving various documentation problems.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
- Manage the salvage titling and vehicle assignment process
- Coordinate and administer general business office activities
- Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing
- Word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, and security
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Design more efficient ways of processing work
- Develop working relationships with vendors
- Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs
- Resolve branch-level employee issues
Minimum Requirements:
- Solid customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- Time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Clear communication skills
- Professional and clean appearance
Preferred Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ supervisory experience
- Auto titling and auto industry experience
- Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process.
