Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in communicating with clients & vendors through our online platform
- Update databases on Excel and email associates via Outlook
- Communicate with existing clients and partners over the phone
- Participate in our Quality Control program after learning about appraisal reports
- Provide support for special projects, including research, data entry, and document preparation.
- Complete graphics projects using Canva, training provided
- Assist in obtaining appraisal fee quotes from various vendor partners
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years of work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Experience in Canva or Adobe Acrobat for graphic design preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
