AppStar Financial, a leader in payment solutions to small businesses, is seeking to hire for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to develop and manage a team of Business Development Representatives and Solutions Specialists. This role will be critical to our internal growth and market penetration strategies.
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the productivity, retention, development and overall performance of the sales team. Responsibilities include training and managing staff, appraising performance, consistent coaching and mentoring, and execution of strategic sales plans.

As a Inside Sales Manager you will:
- Develop and motivate an Inside Sales team to consistently deliver on daily metrics, performance, and quota achievement.
- Oversee outbound quality, production, and hours.
- Coach and mentor staff through call training.
- Measure and manage KPIs for staff.
We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- We are seeking candidates with prior B2B Inside Sales management experience preferably in a Fintech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Technology environment.
- Ability to work in a high pace environment
- Creating and implementing sales plans
- Ability to exceed sales goals by measuring and managing KPI’s
- Analyze sales data, take action, and drive key results.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching sales team
- Outside the box, idea driven, solution-oriented thinking
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager in an Inside Sales environment.
- 5 years of sales experience. Short sales cycle a plus
- A proven track record of sales results and performance
- Ability to lead by example and showcase selling skills, including closing ability, and strong negotiation skills.
