Opportunity
Looking for people with technical call center experience at tier 2 level. The team will specialize support around Apple's video conferencing for hosting/attending meetings. Video conferencing experience is a plus, but not necessary. There will be approximately 2 weeks of training and they are looking for 20-30 folks onsite immediately in Sacramento.

- Minimum of 2 years of contact center / customer support experience
