We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support and deliver indoor air quality products to our dealers within a specific territory. This is B2B (Business to Business) position. You get all the benefits of joining a stable, growing company including:

Responsibilities
Your day will include:
- Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success with support from AprilAire's marketing team
- Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC dealerships
- Cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
- Working collaboratively with AprilAire distribution managers to secure distributor orders with dealers
- Developing and leading your own Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and plan for your month-to-month activities
- Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts in our CRM (Goldmine)
- Supporting clients and developing lasting relationships
- Using data and your analytical skills to identify and prioritize accounts offering the greatest opportunities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 2 years’ experience in selling a tangible product
- Ability to develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide great customer service
- Motivation, flexibility and forward-thinking to thrive with minimal supervision
- Ability to grow and manage your territory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to travel within your territory up to 40% (Dallas to Lubbock to Shreveport, Texas to Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma)
