What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at APT Electronics Inc.?
Handle all aspects of internal and external customer relations for assigned accounts, including but not limited to: quotations, expedites, order status, new project launch, contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be able to review and analyze customer Statement of Work (SOW) and
disseminate information to internal customers.
2. Work with top management in the development and implementation of new or
revised processes and company policy.
3. Head new product release activities.
4. Works closely with Material Manager in development and management of supply
chain.
5. Provide support to the Operations Manager in his/her efforts to effectively
maintain the company’s quality system in compliance with the company’s’
Quality and Policy Manual and the International Standard.
6. A Program Manager has the responsibility and authority to:
- a. Identify problems
- b. Recommend solutions
- c. Withhold items that do not meet quality standards
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Basic understanding of the International Standard.
3. Highly-motivated, decisive and outgoing.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Computer literate.
8. Minimum (3) three years in electronic contract manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
