Job Description:
Roles and rEsponsibilities:
Ideal candidate should have 10 years of Experience in Data Privacy and related domain experience
Will be responsible for managing the implementation of privacy technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future solution design capability
Exposure to controller/processor functions in Data Protection Office and assistance in the privacy reporting and privacy governance includes - construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications and improved procedures
Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
Inform, advise and issue recommendations to the business with regards to data protection, privacy and compliance, including global data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA , HIPAA, DPAct) and internal country specific policies and guidelines
Provide Technical leadership - At all levels, provide technical leadership through mentoring, forums and consultation with all members of project team
Continuously monitor the status and effectiveness of privacy controls across service offerings, ensuring that privacy-related key risk indicators are effectively monitored to prevent an unacceptable impact on business objectives and reputation
Develop, test and implement technology privacy solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure privacy governance is implemented as expected and to agreed time frames
