What We Offer
Your Role
Joining the aptihealth product team and reporting to the VP of Product, the Clinical Systems Analyst ensures that our software meshes seamlessly with clinical processes. This role is crucial in connecting clinical knowledge with our application, optimizing workflows, and ensuring continuous improvement in system functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between clinical and product teams, acting as a bridge between clinical practices and the aptihealth software team, ensuring our products align with the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Monitor clinical system performance by regularly reviewing the performance of systems, identifying anomalies and areas for improvement.
- Engage with end-users to collect feedback on the functionality and efficiency of the aptihealth product and clinical systems.
- Collaborate with process owners to refine and improve the flow and efficiency of clinical systems.
- Draft clear and concise system guides, instructional materials, and any necessary documentation related to system updates or changes.
- Maintain and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends, policies, and regulations to ensure the product remains compliant and relevant.
- Become a master of the aptihealth platform.
- Bachelors Degree in Health/Clinical Informatics, or related clinical field
- Solid grasp of healthcare trends, policy, and regulatory dynamics.
- Capable of evaluating and enhancing clinical processes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Previous role in clinical, healthcare informatics, or clinical system analysis.
- Previous experience with EHR/EMR systems.
- Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Ability to work Eastern time zone hours.
