The VP of Account Management will be responsible for driving the success of our current and future client base. Overall, this role will be responsible for operational performance, client satisfaction, and growing revenue/margin with the clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the client strategy/account plan and building and growing account relationships
- Leading the Apto client services team
- Delivering on account revenue and margin targets as well as overall client satisfaction
- Lead strategic initiatives that create new revenue streams for the company
- Conduct business reviews and other meetings with client stakeholders
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use an appropriate style to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client
Requirements:
- 5 years as a Key Account Manager (KAM), VP of Account Management, Customer Success or an equivalent role
- Experience in client relationship management, identifying opportunities with clients, networking and account management for Fortune 500 companies
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Demonstrates a track record of achieving sales goals and metrics
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with technology service sales or complex sales cycles is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
- Work a minimum of 3 days a week at Atlanta HQ Office.
