Counter Sales Associate

Aqua-Gon, a Heritage Pool supply partner company, is actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual that is a team player to interact with our customers. This full-time position will focus on order entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking, shipping products, loading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Entering orders at the point of sale using the company computer system.
• Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person.
• Order picking/staging.
• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles.
• Other related duties as assigned, such as stocking, shipping/receiving, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, including keyboard (typing), mouse, Internet use
• Experience with hardscape products and installation preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience helpful
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required
• Ability to lift 100 pounds; 80 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Able to a pass pre-employment drug test
