We are looking for a passionate and innovative Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizza section and create unforgettable Italian dining experiences. Primary Objective:
As the Head Pizza Chef, you will be the maestro of our pizza kitchen, ensuring each pie is a masterpiece. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Head Baker to deliver consistent, high-quality pizzas that our guests will love. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our standards and pushing the boundaries of pizza perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pizza Passion: Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all aspects of the pizza-making process.
- Hygiene Champion: Maintain a high level of personal and kitchen hygiene, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Dough Mastery: Collaborate with the Head Baker to achieve consistent dough results every time.
- Ingredient Prep: Work with colleagues to cut, slice, and cook all necessary ingredients for our pizza selection.
- Oven Guru: Keep all pizza ovens and machinery clean and at the right temperature for perfect baking.
- Storage Savvy: Maintain tidy and organized storage in walk-in fridges, ensuring proper rotation of ingredients.
- Quality Control: Uphold Luce quality and standards, following par levels and minimizing waste.
- Follow the Lead: Execute all assignments from the Head Chef with precision.
