Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Purification Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, installation and troubleshooting of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on water treatment equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Provide technical support to customers as needed
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing technical issues with mechanical aptitude
- Plumbing familiarity is preferred
- Technical sales experience in water treatment is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in field service or HVAC is desirable
