Field Enrollment Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist,

• Conduct field visits to targeted locations for consumer enrollment in our Lifeline program.
• Educate and assist eligible consumers with the enrollment process.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines for subscriber enrollment.
• Verify documents for authenticity and eligibility.
• Execute merchandising and marketing strategies to attract potential customers.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and promotional materials.
• Provide daily reports on activities and outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for enrollment processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills (English-Spanish) are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Acceptable background check and eligibility for 1099 NEC contracting.
