Description
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this position shall provide a primary role in the operations and functions of the Guest Experience Department of the Aquarium, with final authority in such matters remaining with the President/CEO.
The Seasonal Guest Experience Liaison’s primary objective is to provide world-class customer service to Aquarium visitors and members. The Liaison will also be responsible for the oversight of guest safety and will serve as front-line and initial contact for questions and inquiries.

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe, at the time of posting, to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry, and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
