Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating repair jobs for our route service division. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
· Provide customer service via phone and/or email
· Daily review of completed jobs, scheduling, ordering materials, and logistics coordination for all route repairs
· Reviewing profitability reports of all closed out jobs to ensure all costs are accurate
· Identifies and communicates any concerns or changes on approved quoted work ensures we are billing accurately, and all cost are added to each job
Experience:
· Minimum Education: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or, related experience and/or training
· Minimum Experience: 3 years scheduling or dispatching
· Flexibility

· Communication proficiency

· Phone etiquette
· Ability to look at a computer screens for up to eight hours
· Ability to see in color
