We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Retail SMB Sales Operations Analyst to join our global team. This role will support the development and execution of sales enablement programs aimed at small and medium businesses (SMB) worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a background in consulting, strategy, or investment banking, coupled with experience in B2B sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement Programs: Develop and implement sales programs to support SMB customers, enhancing their engagement and growth through our retail business teams.
- Customer Targeting and Engagement: Plan and execute customer targeting and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
- Performance Reporting: Provide detailed performance insights and reports to leadership, helping shape our tools and systems roadmap for long-term success.
- Strategic Projects: Work on strategic initiatives, including ad-hoc reporting and analysis, to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Tool Development: Create and enhance tools and systems that support our sales teams, developing a clear roadmap for future improvements.
- Operational Detail: Maintain a focus on the customer experience, ensuring every interaction is optimized for satisfaction and success.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5 years in consulting, strategy, or investment banking.
- Experience in B2B sales organizations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Keynote.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Ability to develop dashboards and perform financial modeling.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
Education:
- BA/BS REQUIRED.
- MBA REQUIRED.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $56/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
