Infrastructure Program Manager - Lead
We are looking for an experience and passionate gamer to join a pooular game studio in Redmond, WA. In this role you would be the program amanger lead for the Infrascturcutre, Engineering, and Security line of business
Assign tasks (incidents and projects) to MSA team members, measure quality of work and SLA adherence.
Determine and administrate on-call rotation/schedule.
Reporting: Provide reporting on support incidents and adherence to SLA's
Create and assign work as needed for improvements in documentation and policies
AAA Games expereince is a large plus
