Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager who will also take on the role of a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management tools and adept at overseeing requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and critical meetings. This role is crucial for developing a rhythm to the business and ensuring that all interdependencies are connected and considered when making decisions. You will drive marketing programs to build AWS generative AI brand awareness and adoption, plan and deliver online campaigns, and work on internal enablement.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45-$48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Key Responsibilities:
- Dual Role: Serve as both a Marketing Manager and Program Manager, balancing responsibilities effectively.
- Project Management: Utilize project management tools to oversee requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and critical meetings.
- Communication: Provide excellent verbal and written communication to offer updates, ongoing meeting notes, escalations, and formal newsletters.
- Framework Development: Develop intake and prioritization frameworks that support the business.
- Stakeholder Management: Understand and manage stakeholder needs and requests, ensuring all interdependencies are connected.
- Marketing Programs: Drive marketing programs to build AWS generative AI brand awareness and adoption.
- Campaign Planning: Plan and deliver online campaigns, complemented with internal enablement.
- Performance Metrics: Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workloads for the larger team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in both marketing and program management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and present performance metrics.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs.
- Knowledge of AWS generative AI and its applications is a plus.
