Job Description
The HR Coordinator provides support in all administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to filing, answering phones, fielding employee questions and requests, and communicating and supporting with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, answer telephones, and operate office equipment in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $26.50- $28. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for filing documentation
- Operates office equipment like laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.
- Consults with higher level authority for resolution of difficult issues.
- Sets up meetings, including preparation, and taking of meeting minutes
- Responsible for data entry and analytical work.
- Provides clerical support
- Seeks to improve efficiency of daily operations
- Responsible for supporting Payroll coordinator with weekly payroll processing
- Responsible for completing the applicable union reports and submitting to the union portals
- Maintains timely, accurate and detailed documentation required by management
- Possess professional etiquette
- Outstanding customer service and interact effectively with customers, employees, and the broader community
- Contributes to overall HR team effort in delivering high quality service and projects.
- Conduct applicant screening and first-level phone interviews with applicants for job openings to support high-volume locations.
- Utilizes recruiting avenues such as candidate sourcing, job fairs, job boards, social networking to attract top talent.
- Identify, develop relationships with and maintain database of market-specific community partnerships (schools, churches, government agencies etc.) to support hiring manager’s local recruitment efforts.
- Support the full Aramark hiring process.
- Ensures the smooth flow of candidates through hiring portal.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in recruiting practices.
- Support the coordination of in-person, virtual, or phone hiring events (job fairs) in partnership with local management.
- Works directly with the corporate adjudication team to troubleshoot and resolve applicant hire process flow issues.
- Act as a contact for all candidates throughout hiring cycle to include sourcing, interviews offers and post offer communication.
- Assist candidates in the post offer process (appropriate completion of offer packet and pre-employment screening requirements).
- Support recruiting efforts and follow up with all candidates as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Candidates should have a validated understanding of computers, Microsoft Office, printers, fax machines, telephones, and photocopiers.
- Shows initiative, follows established procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication & listening skills
- Demonstrates self-development, and integrity
- Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Strong digital literacy skills required i.e. Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
