Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for assisting hiring managers with recruitment activities associated with full life cycle recruitment. Additionally, they will partner with community organizations to support hiring manager’s local recruitment efforts and drive efforts towards meeting diversity, veteran and people with disabilities hiring goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary.
- Responsible for compliance reporting, ensuring real-time candidate status updates and records maintenance for OFCCP compliance.
- Completes mapping of EEO data for quarterly reporting.
- Trains users (i.e. Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition) on applicant tracking system and process.
- Identify and maintain database of community partnerships related to veterans and individuals with disabilities.
- Assists with the employee referral process by fielding employee referral submissions, conducting referral phone interviews, and submitting qualified referrals to the hiring managers and/or recruiting team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, Training or Recruitment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
