Some Job Duties:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding of new employees
- Benefit coordination
- Employee relations
- Maintaining employee files
- Disciplines
- Prepare and maintain time punches on facility time clock
- Payroll
- Retention and turnover reports
- Other Human Resource responsibilities
- Vacation and Sick time

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in a Business Management field, including but not limited to, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting or Management Information Services.
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment in long-term care.
- Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated fiscal and human resource management skills.
- Work history in an office setting.
- Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
