Arby's is looking for individuals 18 years of age or older who can fill the following shifts. Team Members over 18 with open availability will be eligible for top pay rates:
Opening Team Member (Cashier's 16 years of age - Must be over 18 to operate meat slicer): $10-$11.50 an hour
Shift Start Time: 8am-10am
Shift End Time: 2pm-5pm
Mid-Day Team Member:
Shift Start Time: 11am-12pm
Shift End Time: 5pm-8pm
Evening Team Member:
Shift Start Time: 4pm-6pm
Shift End Time: 7pm-11pm
Closing Team Member (Cashier's 14 years of age or older. Kitchen 18 years of age and older): $10.00-$11.50 an hour
Shift Start Time: 4pm-6pm
Shift End Time: 11pm-12:30am
Shift Managers (18 years of age and older required)
Opening or Closing shifts - Up to $13.50 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver on the Big Star Hospitality mission statement
- Provide guests with only the highest level of service with a smile
- Meet or exceed speed of service standards.
- Serve our hot/fresh quality product
- Maintain crystal clean guest view and work area
- Follow safety procedures (food and personal)
- Arrive for work on time (5 minutes prior to scheduled to start time).
- Be in a clean and complete uniform.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
