Who We Need:
An Agency who will assist in the development and implementation of The ARC Mercer's training programs and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. They will play a key role in enhancing employee performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge within our organization.
- Assist in designing training materials tailored to the organization's goals and employee needs.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions, often using various teaching methods and technologies. (Both day and evening)
- Update training content and methods based on new developments in the industry and feedback from participants.
- Support employees in their professional development through one-on-one coaching or group mentoring sessions designed to promote a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Understand the training needs of our employees to enhance retention.
- Ensure all employee training files and training data tracking are accurate, organized and up to date.
What You Need:
- Associate's degree in a related field OR 3 years of related experience as a trainer
- Experience in DDD training, for at least 1 year, 3 years preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
