Providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities at the Welles Career Center. You must hold a high school diploma or GED. You must also have a current driver's license. Starting wage is $17.75 with a $.25 increase after you have completed medication administration training. You are then eligible for an increase up to 5% after your 1st year of service. Position available is Full-time. To ensure this position gets full-time hours, the person hired will also be required to work approximately 6-10 hours in the CILA program which is in the homes of the individuals. You can either do morning shifts prior to working at WCC or do a 2nd shift after you get off from WCC. We also have some staff that do a sleep overnight shift.

Besides working with the individuals in the Welles Career Center, you will also be taking the people supported into the community and help them at their various volunteering positions.
