Pruitt Financial Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Pruitt Agency Inc, are seeking to add a Financial Service Manager to work directly with clients and help manage our growing business. The ideal candidate for this position has a background providing sound financial advice to a wide range of individuals. The successful candidate joins a highly professional team that provides strategic advice to clients including, but not limited to, cash management, insurance analysis, retirement, tax planning and preparation, and investment advisory services. The Financial Service Manager will provide tax preparation and financial advisory services to clients based on knowledge of investment and tax strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate.

- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted tax preparer and financial advisor

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or alternative related analytical field required. Experience: 2 Years of relevant work experience with wealth management and/or financial services.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; experience in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. Ability to adapt to new software and programs is required.
Certificates & Licenses: State specific insurance licenses required. Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (66 in lieu of 63/65) Preferred. One of the following certifications are required upon hire or completed within the first two years of employment: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or additional relevant professional designations.
