Responsibilities
Arcfield is seeking a Treasury Analyst.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Treasurer to aid in the Company’s treasury operations and controls, including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury reporting and special projects as assigned. In addition, this role will learn about the Company’s banking relationships with its commercial banking partners and will be involved in planning and budgeting activities. The Treasury Analyst will also work closely with other professionals on the Finance Team including the CFO, FP&A and Accounting as well as members of the Company’s Legal, and Operations Teams.
The ideal candidate has an excellent reputation for trust and confidence and is detail-oriented and a self-motivated team player with a very strong working knowledge of cash forecasting and treasury policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and Manage cash forecasting model
- Give the current cash position and an analysis
- Evaluate banking and financing services
- Monitor and handle all cash balances effectively
- Assist with compliance and testing
- Serve as the bank security administrator
- Make suggestions for modifications to the company’s treasury procedures
- Maintain communication with banks and other financial organizations
- Special projects, as required

- Experience in managing bank accounts and relationships
- Self-Motivated, driven to work hard in a fast-paced “win-focused” environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong abilities to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and to prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, staff and external contacts and to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
- Prior private equity exposure preferred
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance and/or accounting with at least 0 to 2 years of experience
- 0 to 5 years of industry or corporate banking experience in a treasury environment
- Experience in government contracting environment a plus!
