Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern at Arch K, you will play a crucial role as a self-contributor and directly report to the CEO, assisting our marketing team in various tasks and campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Social Media Marketing
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for our social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Youtube, RED, etc.)
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our target audience effectively.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize performance and ensure our content resonates with our community of aspiring architects.
Email Marketing
- Aid in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting engaging content and designing visually appealing email templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to segment our email lists and tailor communications to specific client segments.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, suggesting improvements for future campaigns to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support marketing strategy development, identifying potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Provide insights on changing client needs and preferences to inform the continuous improvement of our coaching and mentoring programs.
Sales Outreach
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities to expand our client base.
- Coordinate sales outreach efforts, such as email campaigns and follow-ups, to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses, helping to track the success of various marketing initiatives.
Database Management
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the marketing and customer databases, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Assist in updating and organizing contact information, ensuring effective communication with our clients and prospects.
- Contribute to data analysis to support marketing and sales strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and informative content for various channels, such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and webinars.
- Assist in proofreading and editing content to maintain high quality and consistency, aligning with our brand voice and values.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements
- Recent marketing, business, communication, or related field graduates.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of social media best practices, with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and concepts, and an ability to craft engaging and persuasive email copy.
- Basic knowledge of market research methods and data analysis, with an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as a self-contributor, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
