Summary:
The Post Manufacturing Manager will provide leadership all the finishing operations: assembly, blasting, tumble finish, cleaning, anodizing, passivation and clean packaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned.
Safety:
Ensure employees follow all work instructions and procedures.
Ensure all employees are wearing proper PPE.
Ensure all employees know location of safety equipment, alarms, and fire escape plan.
Participate in safety and compliance weekly walk through.
Institute and Inspect end of shift cleanup of PMOD areas.
Compliance/Quality:
Ensure PMOD employees know and understand work instructions and procedures that govern their job.
Ensure only parts that meet specified tolerances are identified as good.
Maintain lot traceability and line clearance.
On the floor spot-checking of parts.
On the floor spot checking of Device History Records (DHR’s)
Real time troubleshooting (5 Why's) for non-conformance parts
Authoring and conducting education and training
Guide, motivate, and monitor new employees through the training process
Ensure employees are completing and understand required training on time.
Production:
Prioritize and assign work
Monitor personnel efficiency daily. Take corrective action to get to satisfactory efficiency.
Elevating issues and see through to remediation.
Participating or lead Lean and six sigma projects
Updating SOP's minimum review once a year.
Evaluating staffing requirements
Leadership:
Proactively identifying potential challenges with equipment, processes, or personnel
Mentor supervisors, leads and employees for success

Minimum 3 years of experience in management role
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Epicor preferred
Experience in a currently Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) facility
