Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop an annual regional sales plan that aligns with corporate goals and leads its implementation and execution.
- Generate regional sales revenue.
- Develop strategies for increasing regional sales revenue and brand awareness in the territory.
- Build, support, and manage a regional sales team and provide training on account management and territory planning to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment efforts, phone screens, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new regional sales staff and channel partners.
- Provide quarterly updates on the competitive landscape, industry trends, and product and service requirements to increase business on the West Coast.
- Provide technical support to customers and end-users throughout the West Coast.
- Address questions and complaints from the regional sales team and customers.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
