Responsibilities:
- Serve as a scribe in morning report capturing all items reported and documenting in the EMR in real time.
- Participate in IDT meeting as a scribe documenting in EMR the information shared in the meeting in addition to ensuring all elements of the IDT process are completed prior to closure.
- Documentation of IDT attendance with corresponding roles.
- Verifying assessment by appropriate IDT member has been completed in response to SDRs.
- Daily review of PCP notes of participants seen in clinic to ensure all orders and referrals are documented in the EMR and schedulers are notified of external appointment requests.
- Prompt notification to Quality Director of any identification of non-compliance.
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
