MAIN FUNCTION:
- The CPFR Manager (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) role is a mid-level position within the Supply Chain team and reports to the Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Manager. The CPFR Manager will be responsible for providing best in class customer service in support of key customer accounts. This role requires strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills. This role also requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively, exhibit sound judgment and a strong customer centric mindset. This position operates in a fast paced and demanding work environment and is expected to present a professional image to both external customers and internal team members.

- Make effective decisions in fast-paced business environment while accepting the responsibility to explain the business logic through business planning and analytical presentations
- Understand strategic goals of the business unit and align personal goals accordingly

- Prepare, submit, and monitor daily and ad hoc reports
- Familiarity with and adherence to all ISO procedures and requirements
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours including weekends depending upon business need

- Perform other duties as required
- 2 year University degree minimum, 4 year degree preferred in a business related field (i.e. marketing, finance, communication, etc.), supplemented with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant work experience in customer-facing roles. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
