Our Commercial Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, and answering any questions our clients may have. · Process customer policy change requests
· Assist customers with their policy and billing questions
· Create and send certificates
· Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs
· Process customer change requests and schedule follow-ups
· Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
· Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
· Problem-Solving Capabilities
· Property & Casualty insurance license is required
· Life & Health Insurance license desired
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Farmers Insurance Experience is a plus
