Company Description:

We are a business management company, specializing in operating convenient stores and gas stations.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support to our Managers and CSRs in the Sites
  • Assisting Daily Site Needs and can supervise general operation Activities
  • Can prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing system
  • Date Entry of Invoices
  • Monitoring the variances of the site
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Ability to Write and distribute email
  • Should be able to present in front of 18 to 20 people
  • Should be able to perform other tasks as assigned

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, ESO experience is a plus.
  • Should be a quick learner.

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
