Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide Support to our Managers and CSRs in the Sites
- Assisting Daily Site Needs and can supervise general operation Activities
- Can prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing system
- Date Entry of Invoices
- Monitoring the variances of the site
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Ability to Write and distribute email
- Should be able to present in front of 18 to 20 people
- Should be able to perform other tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, ESO experience is a plus.
- Should be a quick learner.
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
